This is your training log book for kettlebell sport. It is the sport I fell in love with years ago. I hope this book will help you to keep track of all your training sessions during your kettlebell sport journey. But, if you wish, you can log any type of kettlebell or strength training sessions in this book.
As we all know, or you will soon find out, kettlebell sport is one of the most fantastic sports there is, but it can also be very hard on you. So always train with your heart, be patience in your progress and show perseverance, because that is how kettlebell sport works. Keep this in mind always and at any stage of your kettlebell sport journey. That is why you log your kettlebell sessions in this book, to measure your progress.
